1977-1978: Asian Tours Centre, tour guide

1978-1981: Dusit Thani Hotel, Front office manager

1981-1983: Mandarin Hotel Bangkok, Marketing Manager

1983-1987: Diethelm Travel, Convention & Incentive Manager

1988 – present: Founder and Managing Director, Conference & Destination Management, a company that has become well recognized as creators of several ‘firsts’ in delivering incentive travel programs with a difference.

Other activities

Principal contact for SITE Thailand Chapter for 12 years, until its dissolution.

President, Thailand Incentive & Convention Association for four consecutive two year-terms since 2009, the first private sector executive to head the joint public-private organization.

Awards and Recognitions

1993 World Incentive Travel Personality for Asia by organisers of IT&ME and EIBTM

1995 SITE Member of the Year and Chairman, SITE University in Pattaya.
