Since 1968, Editor-Publisher, SUNDAY PUNCH, Dagupan City, one of the country’s oldest community newspapers (founded 1956); the first Filipino community newspaper to publish online version in 1997; named one of most successful community newspapers in Asia by UNESCO study.
