Hotel Concept

ON THE MARKS is a stopping point for all “hopping travelers”. In recent years, more foreign tourists prefer to travel by “hopping” all over Japan and staying at various places rather than staying at one place for extended periods of time. The investors assume what those tourists want is not fancy facilities but safe and clean accommodation at a reasonable price with designs and services that allow guests to feel the identity of the area.

The name ON THE MARKS means a place where guests can get themselves ready for a trip.

Characteristics of Guest Rooms

The hotel has 226 rooms with three types of accommodation to meet various tourists’ needs: Bunk Bed, Compact Room, and Standard Room.

Bunk Bed type pursues comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price (from 3,900 yen/person). Compact Room type provides private rooms for guests who value their privacy (from 5,800 yen/person). Standard Room type offers single and double private rooms equipped a bath or shower (from 8,000 yen/person). In the Bunk Bed and Compact Room types, women-only floors are available.

Characteristics of Common Spaces

At the dining space on the first floor, guests can get food, drinks, and services that allow them to feel the connection to the community and identity of the area.

UDS Ltd. plans, designs, and operates various real estates and architectures in Japan and abroad, including hotels, offices, commercial facilities, restaurants, and residential buildings.
