Regal Riverside Hotel Hong Kong Launches New Halal Kitchen

Hong Kong – Regal Riverside Hotel has announced that its newly launched Halal kitchen in L’Eau Restaurant has been awarded the Halal Certificate by The Incorporated Trustees of The Islamic Community Fund of Hong Kong.

After several rounds of inspection and verification, the newly built kitchen has met the criteria for certification as Halal.  It will produce Halal chicken, beef and lamb dishes strictly according to the guidelines that will fit for consumption by Muslim consumers.

“With the wide range of cuisine we are currently offering, we are delighted to bring an additional dining option for all our guests from around the world.  This will certainly cater to the need of Halal cooking in Hong Kong and for all to enjoy” expressed by Mr Peter Chiu, General Manager of Regal Riverside Hotel.

“The Malaysian, Indonesian and Middle-East regions are growing markets and we see strong opportunities for the inbound markets in the coming years.  To be able to provide a truly pleasant travel experience for our guests, we believe having a certified Halal kitchen that can provide suitable dining option to our guests is essential” Mr. Chiu added.
