How Drinkers and Alcoholics Can Spend More Time Sober in 2012

Filled with practical advice, these tips will help the moderate drinker. For those who are concerned they may be alcoholic, also announced today the publication of a free online assessment test that a person can take in two minutes or less than answers the burning question “Am I an Alcoholic?”
