Suvarnabhumi airport Facilitation Center to help passengers during Songkran festival rush

BANGKOK, 7 April 2016 (NNT) – Suvarnabhumi airport’s deputy director Phatchara Phornyutthaphong confirmed that a “Passenger Facilitation Center” is open at the international airport from April 8-18, 2016, to ensure safety and provide conveniences for passengers during the Songkran festival.

The center, located on the fourth-floor lobby behind the R line ticketing booth in the terminal building, is the coordination center to fix problems in a timely manner around the clock.

The average number of passengers is expected to rise to 166,760 per day so they are advised to take advantage of the available automated services such as the Common Use Self Service (CUSS) for check-ins and the Auto Channel for automatic passport inspections.

In addition, passengers can find out information to help with their travels from AOT Information Counter available throughout the terminal or call AOT Contact Center 1722 around the clock.
